As I mentioned in my last post, I’m seeing a lot more items in this year’s sale preview that have piqued my interest. Not show-stoppers, necessarily, but some good, wearable pieces that have potential to be long-term wardrobe investments. So I wanted to share a few items from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that I’ve added to my wish list.
If you’re a Nordstrom cardholder, you’ll be able to shop as early as today depending upon your Nordy Club status. While many items do sell quickly, there are often re-stocks during the sale, so I recommend using the Wish List feature to keep track of your favorites.
Here’s what’s on my wish list….
I’m really loving slingbacks this season for adding refinement to casual outfits. The suede finish dials down the formality, and adds textural interest. Also available in black and red leather (also tempting!!) and navy suede.
Vince shoes tend to run 1/2 size large, just FYI.
L’Agence coated denim crop jeans
One of my very best purchases from last year was a pair of coated denim jeans, and I wouldn’t mind adding another pair to the mix. The “cropped” length on these will be ankle length on me, and I love that chocolate brown color!
The knit blazer is also quite good, be aware that it runs small.
Paul Green is one of those shoe brands that fits me consistently and comfortably. They’re spendy though, so if there’s a chance to pick up a pair on sale, I’ll try it. I like the lighter color soles on these which make them feel more transitional-season-appropriate. They’re are also available in black.
And finally, these are calling my name. 😂 Fingers crossed they won’t be too big…
