Hi, everyone, I’m back! I hope all of you are doing well. We got back from Montana on Wednesday last week, and I have to say that re-entry is hard (especially after five weeks of quiet)! I’m looking at how busy my calendar is and want to return to peace and quiet (haha!).
Since it is the second week of September and I haven’t even really started shopping for fall clothes yet or taken any new photos, I thought I would mention the fall colors that will be trending and my favorite fall colors. I think it’s because of my hair color, but my favorite fall colors to wear are the typical colors associated with fall and changing leaves (and Halloween pumpkins). I saw the abstract Jacquard knit dress above before we left for Montana and had to order it. It screams fall to me! I used the self-tie but want to try it with a belt like this or this. I love the silhouette of the dress with the jewel neckline and slightly bell sleeve. Oh, and it’s washable! Of course, I had to wear cowboy boots with the dress, but a suede boot of any kind would look great or a suede heel.
I wanted to share the trending colors for fall. I would only add sky blue, camel (always for fall), and acorn squash yellow (how’s that for a description?) to that list. Speaking of fall colors, I went to a private event at Creed last week at their new store in Dallas. They have two new fragrances (amber color bottles) and I came home with this one. I have been wearing it non-stop and have been stopped by everyone (especially men) asking me what I am wearing! It’s amber heaven and divine!
